The Oculus Park 1

The PARK 1 is a special device that measures three important components of the eye. The first measurement that is taken is a very accurate measurement of a persons prescription. It then measures the curvature of the front of the eye which is used for cataract surgery management and fitting of contact lenses. With the third measurement, the device very accurately calculates the thickness of the cornea, which information is used in determining Lasik candidacy, and in the management of glaucoma. This is the only device of its kind that measures all three with one unit. The Park 1 is able to gather this information with in five to ten seconds.
